I haven’t been particularly open about my experiences before, but I’m hoping that by sharing my journey I can raise awareness of eating disorders and their dangers, and hopefully help people out there that are struggling. Hey! I’m Jess and above is a photo of me doing what I love most - eating out and perusing a fancy menu! It hasn’t always been this way though; for many years I struggled with an eating disorder I tried to keep hidden from the world. Next year will mark 10 years since I was officially discharged from an eating disorders unit, where I spent 4 months drastically turning my life around. In honour of this, and to truly show how far I’ve come, next April I will be running the London Marathon for Beat - the UK’s leading eating disorder charity. If you
